An unexpected pairing, rows of palm trees abutting groups of cacti is so very representative of this dress. Something about the commingling of pretty much indestructible neoprene with the romanticism of a wine red is making it a favorite of mine right now. A racer neckline further adds to the mix with just the right amount of sportiness, making a most intriguing combination with the skirt's voluminosity on account of the most solid pleats ever.
