Arose from Her Couch of Snows
Theyskens' Theory jacket and pants, Alexander Wang shirt, Balenciaga clutch, Christian Louboutin heels
Carrying over the white on white pantsuit through the fall and winter and probably way beyond that seems like a prospective idea right now. I can't say I held the clutch upside down on purpose. Not a bad idea for a change though. This wispy, meshy net of a shirt with its almost awkward leather cuffs and collar confuses me more every time I put it on. What does Alexander Wang expect me to do with this thing? I guess just that.

I'm Going to that Corner There and Turn
Forever 21 shirt and vest, Alexander Wang shorts, Roger Vivier bag (Prismick), Prada shoes
It's an illusion, this pairing of a white shirt and sleeveless tux vest. This is the best way I know to trick people into thinking you're wearing a white blazer without sacrificing sheer sleeves that give the feeling of nothingness against the skin. Two pieces are better than one. I know I have been wearing copious amounts of black and white lately because I have always loved that and this season is highly focused on black on black, white on white, black on white, white on black. Permutations. Also, sartorial architecture in the form of perfectly structured and sharply tailored jackets over white shirts with slim cropped pants, all things with the potential to merge with menswear but have pretty, feminine details to prevent them from doing so.
