Roger Vivier

with Roger Vivier Creative Director Bruno Frisoni

Yesterday evening, I was at a Roger Vivier event celebrating the opening of the first Roger Vivier store on the west coast. Their illustrious flats, sandals, heels, clutches, and just anything adorned with their  signature square buckles are ideal in a sense that they are compatible with a wide scope of style preferences. There was one particular bag that I couldn't stop gravitating toward and hence purchased. I will wear it and post in a bit. There were plenty of candy-like colors, mixed prints, intricate beading,  geometric patterns with clean lines, and more classic silhouettes under the essentials category; some of the things that make fashion almost a form of entertainment, a hearty mass of art that we love to wear. Special thanks to OC Register Business Editor Julie Gallego and South Coast Plaza Public Relations Manager Katherine Nguyen for their inspiring recognition and support for Luxury Hits the Fan! I was so happy to finally meet them last night. The combination of shopping and partying like this is just...perfect.
